    • Go to Settings > Other settings > Feature switches.
    • Set the Double Opt-In toggle to On.
    • Select Save in the upper right corner of the page.

    • After the setup is completed you will get something like the following screen. And an email and journey have been created in the background. Go ahead and edit the email to fit your visual profile.

Steps to set up the reminders

  1. Setup the journey
    • Navigate to the journey created by the setup, it should be named DOI Journey_»Compliance Profile Name»_v1
    • Set up an alternate exit criteria to make sure the journey is exited once verified. This is done using the exit menu on the right hand side inside the journey. See the picture below.
    • Add wait for tile and set to desired length
    • Add a new double opt-in email. this can be the same as the first one or a new created from a double opt-in template
    • You can repeat this step to send multiple reminders if necessary.
